Susques : Michelin's recommendations

The village of Susques lies on Ruta 52 west of the Salinas Grandes. It is the site of the Iglesia de la Virgen de Belén, one of the oldest churches in the country (1598); everything about it is charming, from its thatched roof to the fine frescoes inside. The cemetery is also worth a look.
