A neighbourhood on the rise, in whose little streets lined with old houses lingers a hint of the Buenos Aires of yesteryear. It is a lively neighbourhood, that comes into its own on Sundays, when the Feria de San Telmo is set up around the central Plaza Dorrego: all the craftsmen and antique dealers lay out their wares at this huge market.
