Relax with a refreshing cup of tea at the Daintree Environmental Centre, just on the other side of the Daintree River, and then follow your knowledgeable guide to the boardwalk to learn about the Daintree Rainforest–one of the oldest rainforests in the world. After the walk, take time to explore the interactive displays and ascend the Rainforest Canopy Tower.
You'll continue on to Cape Tribulation Beach and wander the boardwalk or the beach. Energize yourself with a delicious lunch among the trees before returning to the Daintree River and the panoramic views from Alexandra Lookout. After re-crossing river, join a cruise and observe the wildlife that inhabit the waterway. Keep your eyes peeled for the elusive and fearsome saltwater crocodile! The cruise ends at Daintree Village, where you board your coach and return to Cairns or Port Douglas.
