Cruise to Green Island aboard the Reef Rocket to Green Island–the only coral cay in the Great Barrier Reef with a rainforest. Upon arrival, explore the reef via glass-bottom boat or snorkeling–or even just relax at the nearby resort's pool. You'll have 2 1/2 hours to explore this lush island and its surrounding waters, teeming with marine life.
Back on mainland, travel by coach to the Barron River for a whitewater thrill ride. Enjoy the passing rainforest and waterfall scenery throughout the calmer sections, before grade-3 rapids sweep your raft downriver. These moderate–yet fast moving rapids–ensure excitement for all skill levels–including beginners.
