Time difference

In winter the time is GMT+8 in Western Australia, GMT+9.30 in South Australia and Northern Territory and GMT+10 on the east coast and in Tasmania. Daylight savings time (+1hr) is observed in summer in New South Wales, ACT, Victoria and South Australia.
