The Town Hall, designed by Joseph Kornhäusel (responsible for many other buildings in town) in 1815, is characterized by imposing Ionic columns and a triangular pediment. In front of the edifice, the Baroque Trinity Plague Column, erected between 1714 and 1718, commemorates the end of a plague epidemic.
