Topped by a cross, the summit (1 910m) offers a view over the Erzberg, its reddish-brown mass rising from green pastureland and forestry. To the north there are rocky ridges (Griesmauer), an offshoot of the Hochschwab, above fresh little alpine valleys. The descent from Präbichl to Vordernberg is through lovely mountain landscape.
