The Church of the Franciscans forms a charming picture with old stalls set up against its walls. The famous Mendicant brothers founded their monastery here in 1240. In the 16C, after the break-up of the order, it belonged to the Franciscan Minorites. Vaulting had to be partly replaced after the Second World War and modern glass pleasantly lights up the interior.
