You can take a cable car to the top of the Kitzbüheler Horn (1 996m). It affords fabulous panoramic views: the jagged crest of the Kaisergebirge to the northwest, the Kitzbühel area to the southwest, dominated by the Rettenstein, and the Hohe Tauern to the south. From where the cable car gets in, you can see the limestone range of the Loferer Steinberge to the east.
