The small wooden house in the middle of the forest, where Gustav Mahler liked to take refuge, is really rather plain. However, the famous composer's admirers enter it with emotion, as it is here during his summer holidays, between 1900 and 1907, that he wrote some of his greatest masterpieces, like his Fourth to Eighth Symphonies.
