Not far from the Alter Platz, this imposing building houses Carinthia's Regional Parliament, built for the duchy in the 16C. It boasts a very fine Renaissance inner courtyard and two-tiered arcaded galleries, mostly designed by the architect Antonio Verda from Lugano.
