Pros
Situé dans un coin verdoyant lointain, un peu difficile à trouver. Nouvelle cuisine, explorant les consommés tomate-fraise... Bluffant le service en costume traditionnel, la cuisine ne l'est en rien. Salé-sucré, tout vert ou rouge, tout y passe en associations diverses. le poulpe croustillants est fabuleux! Le chariot de fromages est extraordinaire, entre autres Chaource ou Epoisses (!), et quelques locaux - un pâte crue fleurie aux deux semences, rouge et blanc, un délice avec la gelée vanille

Nous sommes restés au Pouilly-Fumé pour la chose au foie gras, ils insistaient pour un 'vin sucré'; Je n'ai pas aimé le consommé tomate-fraise, ils n'ont pas aimé que je n'aime pas; Le Brie décrété de Normandie, le piment d'Espelette ESPAGNOL et la demande pour un fromage à pâte cuite reçu par un "cuit??" de mépris supérieur... Le restaurant fermant à 22h, nous fûmes complimentés dehors sans les compliments de la maison servi aux autres clients pourtant - alcools forts ; 120€ par personne

Pros
Farbenfrohe würzige Gerichte, mit grandiosem Geschmack, ausgewogenes Menü, in der Mitte vielleicht einen Tick zu schwer (Risotto, Geschmortes und Bries). Freundlicher zuvorkommender Service, nette Atmosphäre.
