Blue Lagoon Island offers visitors everything one dreams of when picturing a private, tropical island: crystal-clear turquoise waters with a hidden lagoon, thousands of native coconut palm trees, pristine white sandy beaches, lush natural vegetation, colorful tropical birds, and fascinating colorful marine life teeming with native species of fish. Blue Lagoon Island is also home to Dolphin Encounters. Visit the all-natural marine park and observe friendly dolphins and sea lions at play. While the island is in close proximity to Nassau and Paradise Island, it is completely secluded ─ allowing all who visit a true opportunity to relax in a tranquil, natural environment.

*Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to check-in time. Reservations are required. Upon your arrival in Nassau it is imperative that you contact Dolphin Encounters at least 24 hours prior to your desired activity date. Pregnant women and children younger than 5 are not allowed to participate in the Dolphin Swim. Travelers ages 6 to 12 must be accompanied by a participating adult. Children younger than 4 are admitted for free. Lockers, changing areas, and showers are available on Blue Lagoon Island. A snack shop, professional photo and video service, and souvenir shop are also located on the island. You must remove all jewelry and shower off suntan lotions and creams before entering the water. Please bring a towel, sunscreen, change of clothing, windbreaker for the boat ride, and money for souvenirs. You may bring a camera, but be aware that the dolphins will splash. Dolphin Encounters reserves the right to cancel programs or omit specific behaviors or interactions from the programs for animal care. Service will be refused to any guest under the influence of alcohol.
