Kauksi : Michelin's recommendations

Kauksi is renowned in Estonia for its beach (rand), one of the country’s most popular. It is fringed by extensive pine woods among which are located numerous holiday camps. A local geological curiosity is its singing sand (laulev liiv), so called on account of the noise produced when walking on the powdered flint of which the sand here is composed.
