It is worth the journey away from the city centre to see this museum. Its permanent exhibition “country, people and culture” is, as the name suggests, a comprehensive insight into the Estonia of today and yesteryear, the daily life of Estonians and the traditions they hold dear. The diversity of the population is underscored in the “regional particularities” section. An informative visit which will be long remembered.
