Those who think that tree-houses are merely playthings from the 1970s need to think again; 2km from the town centre stands this wooden house (built by Algirdas Valavicius, 1971) stands on a central pier and appears to be suspended among the trees. Dominated by an oak tree, it is inhabited by little animals and creatures (elves, trolls and sorcerers).
