  persoonlijk contact met de shef en mondelinge uiteenzetting van de menu

  stoelen zouden iets zachter mogen , zeker als je er een lage avond van maakt

  This is one of my favourite restaurants, and though I do not eat at Michelin star restaurants every day, this is one of the few that I return to, and far superior (in my opinion) to many three star restaurants- the main reason? the service- when it comes to any Michelin star restaurant one already expects incredible food- the food is of course excellent, but the service at 't Fornuis is far superior to the majority of the Michelin star restaurants I have experienced. The chef is personable and listens to the client's likes and dislikes prior to proposing the meal, the wine is well matched and little extras and attention to details are well thought out>

  Cons

  't Fornuis is not inexpensive by any stretch of the imagination- nor is it overpriced when compared with its competitors- just wish that I could afford to eat there more often!
