The flamboyant style St Paul's Church was begun in 1517 and completed in 1639. It is accompanied by a fine Baroque belltower. The interior includes Baroque furniture and some lovely woodwork. The choir, which is narrower than the nave, gives an impression of great depth due to the raised marble retable. On the left side, paintings from the school of Rubens cover the subject of the mysteries of the Rosary. Among this selection of paintings, you can see Rubens' Flagellation.
