The Belgian seaside resort of Blankenberge is hosting the world's biggest sand sculpture festival under the banner "Once upon a time in Dreamland", bringing to life fairy tale characters from, among others, the Brothers Grimm, Hans Christian Andersen, Walt Disney, J.K. Rowling and Astrid Lindgren.
