Pros
The best œuf en cocottte I have ever tasted, and a wonderful turbot in a rich beurre blanc sauce. Impressive service by one waiter serving the whole restaurant (around 20 places).
Cons
No half bottles of wine, and no indication of what wines are available by the glass. The green asparagus served with the turbot should have been selected better, or not served. The restaurant always looks full, discouraging people without reservation: How about an indication of "seats available/full" by the door?

Pros
Food was quite good--a starter of beets, herring, and potatoes was delicious, as was the terrine of foie gras. And the main courses were fine, including a winter cod with white bean and chorizo puree.
Cons
Unfortunately, we felt ignored as our wine glasses were not refilled, we were not offered more water after finishing a bottle, no one asked about our food, and our cheese course was delivered with the explanation “ this is Comte, that is Italian, that is goat cheese…” not exactly informative. We were not offered coffee or dessert. It’s disappointing that the chef’s good work was tarnished by such perfunctory service.
