Transformed into a little square, this is surrounded by statuettes that represent the trades of Brussels. There are also statues of the counts of Egmont and Hornes and the great humanists of the 16C. All are the work of Fraikin. In the southeast is the Palais d'Egmont (or d'Arenberg), a venue for international receptions. To the north, in Rue des Six-Jeunes-Hommes, you can see some pretty old houses. The Museum of Musical Instruments stands on the square.
