Genk : Michelin's recommendations

Genk, on the edge of the Kempen region, is Limburg's largest industrial centre. It is also a prosperous town with modern shopping centres and the Limburghal (1979), a conference and exhibition centre. It boasts a sober hilltop brick church (1954) with lofty vaults and the superb Molenvijver public gardens, as well as the Kattevennen leisure park and Kattevenia sports complex.
