The great chef Kobe Desramaults was won over by the concept of bistronomy! This reconverted butcher's shop in Ghent was entrusted to a team of faithful followers from the main restaurant, In De Wulf (in Dranouter). The food is authentic and natural. Kobe Desramaults' sister handles the service.

      Pros

      Goed gegeten, maar het eten mocht wat beter afgekruid worden. Twee voorgerechten, 1 hoofdgerecht en 1 dessert. Goede organisatie van de chef, open keuken waar doorgewerkt wordt, de chefs komen zelfs annonceren in de zaal.

      Cons

      Opdringerige, onvriendelijke bediening. Slechte stoelen, kleine tafels, weinig plaats.
