Een voltreffer het eten, decor en de bediening zijn een geheel op eigen wijze. Je zal zoiets nergens anders beleven .

Pros
We waren getipt door een cafe eigenaar toen we vertelden om kreeft te willen eten. Vooraf een heel orginele combinatie van brood, boter en cress-soorten, daarna drie variaties van kreeft bereidingen genoten: Bellevue, een italiaanse bereiding met tomaat en basilicumboter en a la plancha. Alle drie de bereidingen waren zeer smakelijk. Daarbij een passend zeer betaalbaar wijnadvies, en zeer gastvrije bediening en eigenaar. Het kader is bijna popperig maar wel heel smaakvol ingericht. Een warme ambiance waar ik zeker zal terugkeren.
