This museum occupies vast 19C workshops with a Walloon forge with a high coal fire from the 17C and two enormous "makas" (hydraulic hammers) from the 18C. Here you can see traditional ironmongers' tools. There are several objects on display - plates or "taques" of chimneys, andirons and so on. Another room gives the history of energy through a large collection of machines, models and motors.
