This museum retraces the development of religious art in the diocese of Liège from the high Middle Ages and includes several masterpieces. Upstairs, you can see a model of the old cathedral of St Lambert. Note the Holy Virgin of Évegnée (late 11C), the Wooden Christ of Rausa (13C) and, among the Gothic paintings, the Virgin and Butterfly (15C Mosan school) and the Holy Virgin of Berselius by Daniel Mauch (1530).
