This church houses a thorn from Christ's crown. Each year a procession (H. Doornprocessie) is held in its honour. Note the nearby pillory .

The former village presbytery is now a museum devoted to the great Kempen painter, J. Smits, who lived in the neighbouring village of Achterbos.
