This domed Classical building was completed by the Italian architect Pisoni in 1751, on the site of the old collegiate church. Inside, there are fine Baroque works of art, mostly from the region's abbeys and churches, such as Rubens school paintings above the choir stalls from St Loup church. The 18C former bishop's palace stands opposite the cathedral and is now the provincial government headquarters.
