Saint-Hubert Interesting : Michelin's recommendations

St-Hubert is an attractive little tourist town sited on a plateau (435m) at the heart of the sprawling forests of the Ardennes. Its houses cluster around the church, the centre of the pilgrim cult of St Hubert, patron saint of hunters and butchers. The town is the birthplace of the artist Pierre Joseph Redouté (1759-1840), known as the "Raphael of Flowers".
