Ik ga al enkele jaren regelmatig eten in Le 54 in Tongeren. De gastheer Alain verwelkomt je steeds met een grapje of "to the point" opmerking van de dag. Zijn partner Ilse staat in de keuken. Ik vind persoonlijk dat dit restaurant niet alleen een restaurant de charme is maar verdient heel zeker een Bib gourmand! Het eten is er overheerlijk en altijd dagvers. De aangepaste wijnen zijn super gekozen. Je vindt nergens een zo super lage prijs voor zo'n goede kwaliteit!
