Ogenschijnlijk eenvoudig doch geraffineerde keuken met een sublieme smaakbalans van begin tot einde. In combinatie met een eerlijke kwaliteitsselectie italiaanse wijnen een aanrader voor eenieder die houdt van het temperamentvolle zuiden.

Ik zou het eerlijk gezegd niet weten.
