St Peter's church (15C-18C) stands in the centre of the square. It contains an interesting 19C pulpit, choir stalls from 1713 and confessionals from 1740. The neo-Classical town hall was inaugurated in 1961.

Founded in the 14C and rebuilt in the 16C and 17C, this is a charming enclosure whose houses are arranged around a small triangular square overlooked by a Baroque church. A museum devoted to the convent is housed at n° 56.

This 13C-17C four-sided building was a hunting lodge for the dukes of Brabant in the Middle Ages. Mary of Hungary turned it into a sumptuous residence. There is a modern arts centre nearby, built in 1972.

This museum deals with archaeology, history, art and folklore in the Kempen region, which was called Toxandria in Roman times. It houses extensive collections and a reconstructed Kempen kitchen.
