It is difficult to resist Olijfboom's (Oliver's) cuisine, both for its authenticity and reasonable prices. What better way to describe the chef's approach than to cite a few of his specialities: fresh, crunchy fries, homemade béarnaise sauce and pata negra ham. It is as simple as it is delicious.

      Un menu BIB fantastique : les hors d'oeuvres ( toast Portobello au foie gras et les pommes de terre aux sprets ) , inoubiable reste une barbue d'une fraîcheur extraordinnaire - parfaitement cuite - et d'un goût délicieux ( au charbon de bois).
