Waulsort : Michelin's recommendations

Waulsort is a lovely place to spend a holiday. An 11C abbey has all but disappeared, only the former abbot's palace (the castle) is still standing. Near Waulsort, the River Meuse narrows and the opposite bank is made of grey rock in fantastic formations which tumble down abruptly into the water.
