goeie ontvangst in een aangenaam kader, ruim gedchikte tafels, uitstekende, warmhartige somelier en zeer goeie keuken, onze vegetarische gaste (op voorhand gemeld) kreeg identiek uitziende schotels die zeer smaakvol en uniek waren. het zelfgebakkenvolkorenbrood en de details bij aperitief en koffie achteraf zijn de kers op de taart.

Une cuisine qui est super bon. L'apéro et le dessert dans le jardin, entouré par les vignes, étaient super agréables.

Cons

le vin de la maison (qui est fait du raisins de la propriété) manque de caractère. Pour un resto étoilé ça peut être un peu plus.

modern intepretation of traditional french cuisine with Belgian roots and local and seasonal content; very beautiful arrangements on the plates; wonderful taste; very sympathic and dynamic service team; a great place to stay and to return; Sébastien Ververken is a very talented, motivated and sympathic young chef; the facility (restaurant, hotel, garden, wineyard) is just amazing

belle architecture, grand espace, cuisine bien réalisée, service agréable. Une mention spéciale pour le sommelier pour sa gentillesse et convivialité il est l'âme du restaurant bravo
