This park is laid out with woodland areas alternating with lawns, lakes and lone-standing trees. Depending on the season, strollers will see clumps of hydrangeas, magnolias, rhododendrons, oak and maple trees. The Plant Palace has a signposted route leading through a world of tropical and subtropical plants. Note the "Victoria Greenhouse" with its "artists' palettes". The castle and its towers reflected in the moat, form a pretty picture.
