Clervaux : Michelin's recommendations

Clervaux is a major tourist site, occupying a remarkable position at the heart of the wooded Oesling region. On a promontory in the River Clerve, its slate roofs cluster around its feudal castle and parish church of St Cosmas and St Damian, built in 1910 in the Rhenish Romanesque style. On the hill to the west the abbey of St Maurice and St Maur dominates the valley, its roofline rising above the trees. Clervaux falls with the Germano-Luxembourgeois National Park.
