This has been called «the most beautiful balcony in Europe» because of its views. The path borders the old ramparts along the edge of the Alzette and reachs the enormous gateway known as the Porte de Grund (1632). The elegant façades of houses belonging to the nobility line this path, overlooking the town of Grund and the spire of the Église St-Jean en the valley below.
