The Villa Vauban has Belgian, Dutch and French pictures from the 17C to the present day, and also hosts temporary exhibitions. Among the Flemish paintings, see the works by David Teniers the Younger (17C). The 17C Dutch collection is excellent. French 19C painting is prominently represented by a Delacroix (Jeune Turc caressant son cheval) and a Courbet (Marine).
