Pros
I have eaten at this restaurant more than 20 over the last 10 yesrs and have fallen in love with some signature dishes: the Deer in the Winter Menu the Cod with lemon and pines in summer and the Ravioli de Foie gras is to die for. The portion size is for me perfect and the wine card is not overpriced. The house Champagne is fantastic.
Cons
I prefer the new room to the original and it is slow food so be prepared for 2 hours to have 3 plates. That said I have used it many times for business and they can be flexible with a set menue that as always been in line with timing requests.

Pros
Die Bedienung ist überaus zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Ambiente stimmt auch, eben so wie es sich für diese Preiskategorie gehört.
Cons
Hier versucht man noch immer "Nouvelle Cuisine" zu machen wie es in den 80gern in Mode war. Wir haben à la Carte gegessen und waren maßlos enttäuscht: Mini-Portionen, keine Beilagen, absolut überteuert. Wir sind keine Vielesser, doch an diesem Abend gingen wir hungrig nach Hause! Ich kann nur abraten von einem Besuch dieses überteuerten und überbewerteten Restaurants.
