This restaurant is hidden away in the courtyard of the château. Staff are professional without being stiff. There is an authentic old-fashioned decor and a terrace on the ramparts with a fantastic view. The cuisine is never ordinary and is notable for its well-done creative touches and attractive prices.

      Pros

      Very friendly service, speak German and English in addition to French. Fantastic food at very fair prices. Awesome deal for the money, you get food from a star rated kitchen (Destillerie) at a bargain price. Small but nice terrace. Best deal is the plate du jour for EUR 17 on Th and Friday.

      Cons

      Inside is not very cosy/romantic but given the tremendous quality of the food at bargain price I could not care less.
