Belo Horizonte : Michelin's recommendations
Considered by some as the city offering the best quality of life in the whole of Latin America, Belo Horizonte is a world away from the urban chaos that sometimes seems to sum up Rio or São Paulo. Most travellers only pass through, but if you decide to linger you might be pleasantly surprised by its cultural and culinary wealth.
