When to go

Rio de Janeiro is hot all year round and humid in summertime, from November to April when there are frequent outbursts of rain.

From May to September, the sky is brighter and the days are cooler and quite sunny.

The best times to go are April to June and August to October, when the average temperature is 25°C during the day and 15°C at night.
