The best way to discover Trjavna is to arrive by the Gabrovo road. As you drive alongside the railway line, you will catch sight of the Clock tower. Turn right (before the bridge) onto a narrow street skirting the river and park the car. The town centre is very near and you will get a harmonious view of Old Trjavna, including the stone bridge, the Clock Tower and, opposite, Rajkov's House reflecting in the river... and, of course, a few cherry trees which, during the season, will delight those who have a sweet tooth!
