Vratsa Travel guide
Vratsa : Michelin's recommendations
At the end of the Iskar Gorge road, Vraca lies at the foot of the western Balkan range, its rocky peaks towering above the town. Although on first acquaintance a charmless industrial place, it merits exploration on account of its attractive historic centre, which includes Hristo-Botev Square, the Museum of History and the Ethnographic Museum. Nearby is the Vracara Defile, composed of spectacular craggy rock formations.
