The Acadian Garden has a traditional cottage and a replica of the dike system. Formal in style, the Governor's Garden is characteristic of landscape architecture in the early 18C, when the English governor was based in Annapolis Royal. The Victorian Garden reveals a more natural setting, a trend that became fashionable in the 19C. The Rose Garden traces the development of this ever-popular species.
