Carriage rides seasonally (weather permitting). This museum houses one of the most comprehensive collections of horse-drawn vehicles in North America. Over 200 restored wagons, carriages and sleighs are displayed in the main gallery, many within re-created scenes typical of the Western frontier such as a prairie camp, a firehouse and a carriage factory. Highlights include a late-19C bullwagon, a veteran from the Oregon Trail; a sheepwagon, the Great Plains version of a mobile home; and a Concord stagecoach.
