Yorkville Interesting : Michelin's recommendations

Bibendum
Yorkville today represents all that is chic in Toronto-and a remarkable transformation. Between Yonge Street and Avenue Road, Yorkville Avenue presents charming Victorian houses converted to expensive boutiques or trendy cafes sporting the latest architectural facades. In York Square at the corner of Avenue Road and Yorkville Avenue, shops surround an interior brick courtyard where summer dining is alfresco. Behind the square lies posh Hazelton Lanes, a labyrinthian shopping/office/condominium complex (1978) designed by Boris Zerafa. On the other side of Yorkville Avenue, Cumberland Court is a rambling enclosure of old and new shops, eateries and offices, with a passageway to Cumberland Street.
