Take your adrenaline for a little joyride. Experience Kicking Horse River's spin-cycle-like rapids, rated up to class IV. You'll spend almost 2 1/2 hours rafting before drying out and sitting down to a hearty barbecue lunch, complete with dessert and cool drinks.
After a detailed safety briefing by certified river guides, you head out on the water. This thrilling journey gives you time to get familiar with the raft, your paddles, and the river guide's instructions before introducing the class IV rapids. With guidance from certified instructors, this adventure is perfect for first-time rafters.
Transport option: Transportation is available from Banff, Canmore, and Lake Louise for the mild trip at an extra charge. Please select the Raft Option + Transfer if you would like to take advantage of this option. Contact the supplier to arrange final schedule details.

Note:
This activity is not suitable for pregnant women, children younger than 12, or individuals weighing under 90 lbs (40 kg). Class IV rapids can be described as erratic waves, with large obstacles that need to be avoided. Rapid difficulty can vary seasonally. Please bring a swimsuit, towel, and money for incidental purchases. (Rafting photos will be available for purchase after the tour.) If you do not require pick-up service, please select the Rafting Only option and meet the tour at the Hydra river site at 9:45 AM or 1 PM. All customers/participants are required to sign liability waivers before participating in this activity.
