The Refugio Nacional de Vida Silvestre Ostional is one of very few nesting grounds of the Olive Ridley sea turtle. Only a couple of sites in the world play host to the arribadas. Time your visit for August or September to see thousands of turtles streaming onto the beach. An unforgettable sight!
